The staff were friendly and helpful, upgrading our room. The room had a great view of the vibrant square and was well sound-proofed. Complimentary lemon/orange water was a nice touch. Excellent location within walking distance of major sites.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the excellent location of the hotel, close to all the city's hotspots. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
